The Ameristar buffet is a pretty standard casino/hotel buffet- huge amount of variety, long lines on the weekends, and hit or miss food quality. The Friday night buffet ($35 pp) had all you can eat crab/seafood and prime rib. We waited in line for about 1 hour 25 minutes on a Friday night.
