Step into the Chumash Casino Resort buffet in Greater Santa Barbara for an all-you-can-eat experience featuring dishes from around the world. Open daily from 4pm-10pm. The restaurant offers a wide array of selections for unbeatable prices. This all-you-can-eat Las Vegas Buffet let's you choose from six live cooking stations, Asian, Mexican, Italian, Barbecue, Chinese and Seafood dishes, or customize your own creation at the Mongolian Grill. New Mariachi Buffet. I tried the new Mariachi Buffet at Table Mountain Casino last Thursday. They made tortillas to order and the taco bar was great- I could put whatever I wanted on my taco and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a huge selection of Mexican food items to choose from! Desserts were good as well.
